Injectables in Austin, planned around your face—not a syringe count

Botox, facial balancing, lip enhancement and injectable fat reduction do different jobs. Start with what you want to change, and Eva will build the smallest plan that actually fits your anatomy.

Natural-looking results begin with knowing what to treat—and what to leave alone.

The usual $50 consultation fee is waived for first-time patients who choose the promotional $0 consultation option. Treatment is not free.

Eva assessing facial balance during an injectables consultation at Grace MedSpa

Concern before syringe

Start with what you see.

You do not need to know a product name. These patterns help route the conversation; they do not replace Eva's in-person assessment.

Lines or folds visible at rest

Often points to facial balancing

Lost support and static folds behave differently from movement lines. Filler is considered only when structure is the issue.

Upper lip disappears when smiling

May point to a lip flip

A Botox lip flip changes how the upper lip presents without adding filler volume.

Under-eye bags or puffiness

Assessment before filler

A hollow, projecting fat pad, fluid-related puffiness, festoon and crepey skin can look similar but require very different plans. Grace is conservative with direct tear-trough filler and does not use filler as the default answer to an under-eye complaint.

Facial change after major weight loss

Separate volume loss from laxity

A post-weight-loss plan may involve support, tightening, skin quality—or a sequence rather than one syringe.

Whole-face philosophy

The goal is balance, not filling every line.

The spot you notice may not be the place that needs treatment. Eva separates muscle movement, projection, support loss, laxity and skin quality before recommending a plan. Sometimes the best sequence uses more than one tool. Sometimes the right decision is to leave an area alone.

Filler is a tool inside facial balancing—not the definition of facial balancing.

Knowing when not to inject

When an injectable is not the answer.

Trust means matching the treatment to the tissue—even when the better route is not a syringe.

01

Laxity or loose skin

Adding volume does not tighten loose tissue. Forma or Morpheus8 Face may fit better.

02

Etched texture or pigment

Surface texture and pigment require a skin-resurfacing or laser conversation—not more filler.

03

Under-eye bags, puffiness or malar fullness

Projected fat, fluid-related puffiness, festoons and malar fullness are not automatically filler concerns. Adding volume to an already full or fluid-prone area may be the wrong match. Assessment comes first.

04

Skin quality without added volume

Grace's current Rejuran/PDRN pathway is professional topical skin-quality care—not injectable Rejuran.

Meet Eva

Judgment is part of the treatment.

Injectable results depend as much on judgment as product—where to place it, how much to use, and when to leave an area alone.

Eva is Grace's Certified Injector and Laser Technician. She is trained in multiple injectable products and injection techniques and plans around anatomy and facial movement rather than applying one template to every face.

Treatment takes place within Grace's physician-directed medical practice and applicable clinical protocols.

Patient perspective

“I was honestly terrified to try Botox, but the quality of Botox treatments I’ve received here has completely changed my life.”

What about brands?

The label matters. The plan comes first.

This hub stays intentionally short on brand catalogs. The detailed treatment pages are the source of truth as Grace's portfolio evolves.

BOTOX Cosmetic

Grace currently uses BOTOX Cosmetic for neuromodulator treatment. The detailed Botox page remains the source for current areas, timing, safety and pricing.
