Facial aging and imbalance can come from several different changes. Those are not interchangeable problems, and they should not all be treated with volume.

Trying to compensate for laxity by continually adding volume is one way faces can begin to look heavy or over-treated. For many patients experiencing facial laxity, tightening comes first. Assessment before injection
Balance is measured by relationships — not by syringe count
Eva evaluates the face from the front, profile and three-quarter view, looking at facial symmetry, projection, vertical and horizontal proportions, and how one feature affects another. Classical aesthetic ratios — including the golden ratio — can be useful references, but no mathematical formula replaces the individual face in front of us.
At Grace, facial harmonization means using those relationships as context while preserving the individual character of the face.
The goal is not mathematical perfection. The goal is a face that reads as harmonious, rested and authentically yours.

Restore support
Hyaluronic-acid filler adds physical support beneath the skin where structure or volume has been lost.

Small changes in cheek support, chin projection or lower-face structure can affect how the entire face is perceived.

Refine what devices cannot replace
Skin-tightening devices can improve laxity and firmness, but they cannot create missing projection or replace every structural deficit. That is where filler can be invaluable.

A hollow and a bag are not the same shape.
One falls inward. One projects outward. That distinction matters before adding volume.
Filler may have a role in selected true hollows. It should not be treated as the automatic answer to structural fullness, edema or festoons. At Grace, direct tear-trough filler is selective rather than routine; surrounding facial support is assessed before deciding whether volume belongs beneath the eye at all.

Judgment before product
Why Eva’s touch matters
Two providers can use the same syringe and create completely different results. Facial balancing depends on the judgment behind the placement: where support belongs, how much is enough, what should be left alone, and when filler should not be used at all.
Eva is Grace’s Certified Injector and Laser Technician. Her style is conservative and highly individualized. She looks for symmetry and proportion without chasing artificial perfection. Her goal is for friends to notice that you look refreshed — not to immediately know what you had done.

Sometimes Eva’s recommendation is filler. Sometimes it is tightening first. Sometimes it is Botox, skin rejuvenation, or simply leaving an area alone. That restraint is part of the treatment.
