What filler addresses

Facial change is not only about lines. Support is gradually lost in the midface and along the jaw, which shows up as shadowing, flattening and folds that appear even at rest. Filler restores structure in those areas so the face reads as rested.

Lip treatment is a separate conversation. Some patients want definition of the border, some want hydration and softness, some want more show. Those are different plans, and we discuss which one you actually want before choosing product or amount.

How we approach treatment

Conservative, staged treatment is standard here. Building gradually across visits produces more natural results than placing a large amount at once, and it gives you a chance to live with the change before deciding whether to add.

Recovery and duration

Swelling and bruising are common in the first days, particularly with lips. Plan around important events with at least two weeks of margin.

Longevity varies by product, area, metabolism and how much movement the area sees. Lips generally do not last as long as structural midface treatment. We avoid quoting a universal duration because it is not honest.
