Grace MedSpa & Body Solutions · Austin, Texas

Built around telling patients the truth

Grace was built around a simple idea: the right treatment starts with understanding the actual problem — not with selling whichever device happens to be available.

With multiple technologies for body contouring, skin, injectables, laser treatments, wellness and hair restoration, we can build around the person instead of forcing every concern into one treatment.

Our story

Grace wasn't built around one machine

Most patients do not arrive with one clean problem. A woman who dislikes her abdomen may have localized fat, loose skin, weak core tone and postpartum tissue change at once. Someone unhappy with their face may be dealing with texture, pigment, volume loss and movement in the same photograph.

A clinic with one device has to describe all of that in terms that device can treat. Grace grew the other direction: as patients presented overlapping concerns — fat, skin laxity, muscle tone, texture, pigmentation, facial aging and body-composition or wellness issues — we added the tool that genuinely fit the problem instead of stretching one technology to cover everything.

That is the whole reason the treatment list is long. Grace accumulated tools because patients are complicated, not because the clinic needed more things to sell. It also means an honest answer is available: sometimes the right recommendation is a different treatment, a different order, weight stabilization first, medical care first — or nothing at all.

Eva

Certified Injector and Laser Technician

Eva performs treatments at Grace. She is trained in multiple injectable products and injection techniques and takes an individualized, artistic approach to injectables — planning around your anatomy and how your face actually moves rather than working from a template.

Eva specializes in natural-looking Botox in Austin, focusing on facial balance, subtle smoothing, and preventative treatments.

She is also an experienced energy-based provider. With devices, much of the outcome comes down to judgment during the appointment: how deep to work, how much energy to use, which areas need a different approach, which areas should be sequenced later and which are better left alone entirely.

Technology alone does not produce the outcome. Judgment during the appointment matters.

Treatment takes place within Grace's physician-directed medical practice and applicable clinical protocols.

Medical oversight

How medical oversight works at Grace

Grace operates within a physician-directed medical practice. Eva performs treatments in clinic within established clinical protocols and candidacy standards. Medical oversight helps define which treatments are appropriate, who is a candidate and when another type of care is the better next step.

When a concern falls outside what is appropriate for treatment at Grace, the answer is a referral rather than forcing a procedure.

Our approach

The device comes last

  1. 01

    Tell us what bothers you

Start with the concern rather than a treatment name.

  2. 02

Assess what is actually causing it

Fat, laxity, muscle, texture, pigment, facial volume, movement or another factor.

  3. 03

    Add objective information when useful

Body composition, standardized photography, skin analysis or other relevant assessment tools.

  4. 04

Match the problem to the appropriate option

One treatment, a sequence, combination therapy or sometimes no treatment.

  5. 05

    Set realistic expectations

What can change, what probably will not, and whether another type of care makes more sense.

Why we keep several technologies

Different tissue. Different tool.

Localized fat

A fullness you can often pinch in one area, separate from overall weight.

Body contouring

Loose skin

Laxity and support, where remodeling matters more than volume removal.

Face & skin

Muscle tone

Underlying tone and definition rather than fat or skin.

Body contouring

Texture

Scarring, pores, crepiness and surface irregularity.

Face & skin

Pigment

Melasma, sun damage and uneven tone, which respond to different energy than laxity.

Face & skin

Facial movement & volume

Expression lines and structural support, which are injectable conversations.

Injectables

These are different biological problems. They should not all receive the same solution.

Keeping multiple technologies allows Grace to choose based on the concern — including recommending that you wait, stabilize weight, address something medically first or consider surgery instead.

Our standards

Sometimes the right recommendation is “don't do it.”

No guaranteed outcomes

Aesthetic treatment is biology, not a promise.

No treatment just because you asked for a device

We first determine whether it actually addresses the concern.

No package before understanding the problem

The plan follows the assessment.

No pretending non-surgical treatment can do what surgery does

When the likely result will not justify treatment, we will tell you.
