Candidacy for any treatment is determined only after consultation.

Appointments booked through the scheduling window are subject to confirmation. Some treatments require a card on file or a deposit to hold the time, and certain treatments require preparation and may be rescheduled if you are not a suitable candidate on the day of your visit.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. When there is not enough time to complete the treatment safely and without delaying other appointments, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
Appointment reminders may be sent by call, text and/or email as a courtesy. Clients remain responsible for remembering their scheduled appointment date and time.
For the safety, privacy and comfort of our clients, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
All deposits are non-refundable. Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Unused services purchased in advance are non-refundable but may remain available as store credit, subject to the terms of the original purchase.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a written plan or approved financing applies. Prices quoted before an in-person assessment are estimates; the final plan and cost are confirmed at consultation.
CareCredit is an independent third-party financing provider. Grace MedSpa does not make credit decisions, set terms or guarantee approval.
