Start With What Changed

Morpheus8V is a tissue treatment — not an answer to every intimate concern.

The consultation separates tissue laxity and quality from pelvic-floor muscle weakness, hormone-related symptoms, pain, prolapse, infection, or another condition that needs different care.

01

Tissue feels looser after childbirth

Pregnancy and delivery can change tissue quality and support. Grace first distinguishes tissue laxity from pelvic-floor muscle weakness, prolapse, pain, or another concern.

02

Age-related tissue change is more noticeable

Perimenopause, menopause, and aging can affect elasticity, comfort, and tissue quality. Hormonal and gynecologic factors may also need attention.

03

A gentle warming treatment may not feel intensive enough

Morpheus8V is the microneedling-based tissue pathway. FormaV is Grace's gentler, needle-free bipolar RF option.

04

The concern may involve tissue and muscle

Morpheus8V does not rehabilitate pelvic-floor muscle. Leakage or weakness may point toward VTone, pelvic-floor therapy, specialist care, or a separate combination plan.

Fractional Bipolar RF Microneedling

Fine needles place controlled RF energy within the tissue.

Microneedling and radiofrequency work together. The pins create precise fractional channels; bipolar RF adds controlled heat at depth. Treatment settings are selected by the provider rather than copied from a fixed online protocol.

01

Fractional microneedles

A specialized applicator places an array of fine microneedles into appropriate tissue, creating controlled fractional treatment channels rather than heating the entire surface uniformly.

02

Provider-selected depth

Depth is selected for the anatomy and treatment plan. Published Morpheus8V research describes adjustable 1, 2, and 3 mm settings; those study settings are context, not a universal Grace protocol.

03

Bipolar RF delivery

Radiofrequency energy is delivered between electrodes on the microneedles, creating controlled thermal zones within the treated tissue.

04

Gradual remodeling

The fractional injury and controlled heat initiate a healing and remodeling response. Any change develops over time rather than appearing as an instant result.

What Treatment Involves

Private, numbed, mapped, and adjusted to you.

Consultation & screening

Grace reviews symptoms, health history, medications, implanted devices, healing factors, and whether the concern belongs with a gynecologist or pelvic-floor specialist first.

Preparation & numbing

Appropriate tissue is assessed and prepared. A numbing protocol is used before microneedling, and your provider explains positioning and privacy before treatment begins.

Fractional treatment

The applicator is used systematically with depth and energy selected for the treatment area. You may feel pressure, warmth, or brief pinprick sensations.

Aftercare & review

Temporary tenderness, swelling, redness, or sensitivity may occur. Grace provides individualized instructions and reviews progress before recommending additional treatment.

The Device Family

Morpheus8V belongs to the broader EmpowerRF women’s-wellness platform.

The platform can support different applicators with different jobs. Morpheus8V is the fractional RF microneedling pathway for tissue. FormaV is needle-free bipolar RF. VTone is pelvic-floor electrical muscle stimulation.

A shared platform does not make the treatments interchangeable. Grace selects the treatment by anatomy, concern, medical history, and tolerance.

Research, Not Hype

Morpheus8V evidence is promising — and still preliminary.

Prospective Study · 20 Women

A small study followed one fractional bipolar RF treatment through six months.

A 2023 prospective study evaluated 20 women with stress or mixed urinary incontinence and genitourinary syndrome of menopause after one Morpheus8V treatment. The authors reported improvement across selected urinary and GSM-related measures through six months.

This was a small, nonrandomized, industry-supported study without a control group. It does not establish a cure, replace established gynecologic or pelvic-floor care, or predict an individual result.

Experience With the Platform Matters

Grace has been recognized by InMode across EmpowerRF and Morpheus8.

Grace’s recognition reflects established experience across women’s-wellness and advanced radiofrequency technologies. It does not replace individualized screening, careful settings, or honest treatment boundaries.

Private by Design

You do not need to diagnose the problem before you arrive.

Tell Eva what changed, when it changed, and what you are feeling. Grace will help distinguish tissue from muscle, hormonal or medical symptoms, and concerns that need another specialist.

Morpheus8V is recommended only when the anatomy, concern, expectations, and health history make it a reasonable fit.

When Another Path Comes First

Good treatment selection includes knowing when not to use the device.

Muscle weakness or leakage

VTone, pelvic-floor physical therapy, or urogynecologic evaluation may fit better.

Dryness, burning, or pain

Gynecologic evaluation and established GSM care may come before or alongside a device discussion.

Prolapse, bleeding, infection, or a new lesion

Appropriate medical evaluation comes before treatment.

Needle-free tissue preference

FormaV may be the more comfortable tissue-focused starting point.
