The 2026 prospective pilot included men with organic or vasculogenic erectile dysfunction receiving six weekly sessions of approximately 30 minutes. Mean IIEF-EF increased by five points. Eight of ten participants reached the study’s prespecified meaningful-change threshold.
Important context
This was a small interim prospective pilot without a control group. Ten completers cannot establish effectiveness for every patient or every cause of ED. Larger controlled studies are still needed.

Can APEX RF make you look or feel fuller?
APEX RF is not presented by Grace as a guaranteed penile-enlargement procedure. However, InMode Iberia has specifically noted that in some cases patients report a perception of greater penile girth or firmness following Apex Circulatory treatment.
That distinction matters. Greater erectile firmness or more complete filling can change how full an erection looks or feels without proving permanent anatomical enlargement.
